PaperControl™ was developed in close cooperation with leading paper industry institutions and taking into consideration the latest standards in colorimetry and whiteness used in the Pulp- and Paper-Industry.

Beside the commonly known colorimetric assessments, PaperControl™ calculates most paper industry specific indices and whiteness values. The screen design for easy operation and handling for daily routine measurements, are special merits.

The use of an external PC for data assessment instead of built in data display used in conventional systems, has substantial advantages regarding flexibility and comfort as well as data traceability and security according to ISO directives.

PaperControl™ allows the user to configure up to 9 individual production control routines. With this exclusive function, a specific production control program, with different control parameters for each production line, can be set and stored by the supervisor. The operator himself can fully concentrate on measurements. After each measurement, and without any further operations, the values are displayed in table form on one single screen. Multiple measurements, over pad or over black, are displayed including values for min., max and standard deviation. In addition to the numerical values, PaperControl™ also provides reflectance curves or CIELAB colour graph display.
