Home country HR will do a first pre-screening of incoming applications and – if general program requirements are fulfilled – forward suitable applications to the host entity for final decision making. Please see our Application and Selection Guide for more details.
Successful application - what's next?
Following a successful application, a Global Mobility expert will support you as well as home and host entity to prepare for a smooth relocation. The best time to move shall be mutually agreed among all parties, considering the required lead time (usually around three months, depending also on immigration requirements).
Key frameworks applicable during a MOVE GLOBAL assignment
During a MOVE GLOBAL assignment, the candidate will receive a temporary local employment contract and local package, accompanied by a light assignment package to support relocation and ensure compliance (“Local Plus”).
